Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
A disciplined and invigorating flow of postures which link breath and movement
to create internal heat that aligns and purifies the body and calms the mind. A great cardiac workout!
Fundamentals of Yoga*
This class explores the basics of yoga poses and alignment for greater range of motion in the joints while building muscle strength and flexibility. Slow paced and open to all!
Special Needs Yoga
Feel limited or stuck inside your body? An old injury or surgery that won’t let you move freely? This class is specifically designed to work on your specific limitation, helping you recover and regain your body.
Yoga for Endurance, Strength and Flexibility
Using the free flowing combination of sun salutations and standing postures, balancing and inversions, followed by deep seated postures to build endurance, strength and flexibility. A great cardiac workout!
Healing Yoga (New)
Using the healing breath and poses that require minimal effort, this class will take you deeper into the subtler layers of the body to release energetic, emotional and mental blocks. If you have stayed away from yoga due to physical limitation, pain, stress, fatigue, insomnia or any other chronic condition, this class is truly the key to heal you from inside out. Also open to seasoned practitioners who wish to experience more depth and restoration. Bolsters, chairs will be used as needed.

Private Session
Yoga Therapeutics tailored to your specific limitations or injury! In addition, private sessions will offer you home "prescription" for your daily practice to step up your healing.
