"Bend it like this, Hold it like that" -- Yoga Therapy and Alignment Series: 3 hr. workshops held the last Sunday of every month from 10 am - 1 pm from Jan. to April. The workshopes will be tailored to those attending--so I encourage you to attend regardless of practice and fitness level.
Meditation Retreat: 3rd annual meditation retreat -- March 16, 17, 18th. This retreat is for students who practice Natural Meditation. Cost is $150 and includes lunch for Sat. and Sun. To learn Natural Meditation, pls. contact Meena Puri.
